Nepal: Implications for Women's Rights in Transitional Democracy

Dechen Tsering, Program Officer for Asia, Shalini Nataraj, Vice President of Programs and Kellea Miller will lead a lively discussion on the current state of the women's movement in Nepal.  As the country emerges from 10 years of civil conflict, women's groups are demanding participation in civic and political life.  Join as we share grantee successes and challenges in Nepal's transitional democracy.
