Mayan Villalba, a member of the Global Fund Board of Directors, is Executive Director of Unlad-Kabayan Migrant Services Foundation, one of the winners of The Changemakers Innovation Award. The Foundation won based on their ideas for creatively generating resources from a diversified citizen base.
