PARTNERSHIP AWARDS
Continuing the tradition from the Global Fund's 5th and 10th anniversaries, the Global Fund for Women will award 15 partnership grants to women's groups around the world, who will in turn award smaller grants in their communities. Partnership Awards exemplify a central philosophy of the Global Fund: that philanthropy
– the gift of money or resources to help others – provides an opportunity to support women's rights groups that enable women to gain economic independence, increase girls' access to education and stop violence against women. In doing so, the Global Fund shares its belief in the strength of women worldwide to determine their needs and propose solutions for lasting change.
