VITAL VOICES

Global Fund Advisor Mu Sochua is the recipient of Vital Voices' 2005 Human Rights and Anti-Trafficking Award. Sochua is founder of Global Fund grantee Khemara, the first women's NGO in Cambodia, and the former Cambodian Minister of Women's and Veteran Affairs. She has dedicated much of her life to ending the trafficking of women and children.
