Dubem Jideonwo

Learning and Evaluation Associate

Originally from Nigeria, Dubem has worked extensively with NGOs, private sector and multilateral organizations mainly in promoting inclusive economic development for marginalized populations in Africa, notably youth, entrepreneurs and women. She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology from Boston University. She recently received a Master’s of Public Administration in International Development Practice from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) where her focus was in the financial inclusion of underserved populations particularly in the African context. Her passion for advancing opportunities for marginalized populations was fueled by her experience working with the African Development Bank Group’s Gender Division and the Initiative for Global Development (IGD).
