Becka Ross

Director of Development Operations

Becka Ross (she/her/hers) is the Director of Development Operations.

Becka is a long-time development professional with a passion for working towards educational equity and women’s health. Previously, she worked as the Director of Development and Communications at Teen Success, Inc., where she helped individuals and foundations understand the intersection of economic mobility, reproductive health, and intergenerational poverty. Becka also has previous fundraising experience working at various Jewish Federations across California and Oregon, empowering women to make philanthropic gifts in their own names.

Becka has Masters’ degrees in Jewish Education and Non-Profit Management from Hebrew Union College, and a B.A. in Communications from Lewis and Clark College. She is a graduate of the Federation Executive Recruitment and Education Program (FEREP), an intensive 4-year fellowship which trains the next generation of non-profit executives and leaders. Becka has served on multiple boards and advisory committees in her local community, including most recently as Member Engagement Board Chair at Shir Hadash.

When she isn’t working, Becka can be found spending time with her dog, Hank; trying out new baked goods recipes; and cheering on her local sports teams.
