Chelsea Meacham [she/her/hers] is the Movement Writer and Editorial Manager at Global Fund for Women.

Chelsea is a writer and activist with extensive experience writing about gender, reproductive health and rights, racial justice, and other social justice issues. Her career is dedicated to supporting social justice movements by ensuring they have the resources they need to advance systemic change. Prior to joining Global Fund for Women, Chelsea worked at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, where she crafted written materials to help secure funding for sexual and reproductive health initiatives and managed relationships with the organization's institutional donors. She has also served in roles at American Jewish World Service and the Wellspring Philanthropic Fund. Chelsea attended New York University, where her honors thesis explored the social, emotional, and political implications of transnational mothering arrangements among Latinx families. In her free time, she volunteers with the NYC chapter of the prison abolition group Black and Pink.
