Jennifer Mulch is the Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Global Fund for Women.
She’s a licensed CPA with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, including auditing, nonprofit management, and fractional CFO work. Jennifer started her career in public accounting with RSM, the fifth-largest accounting firm in the U.S., and later brought her skills to the nonprofit world through roles at St. Louis MERS Goodwill and Missouri Botanical Garden.
Through her fractional CFO and consulting work, Jennifer gained valuable insights across a variety of industries and helped organizations navigate complex challenges and moments of crisis. Those experiences deepened her passion for using financial strategy to create stability and impact, no matter the setting.
Jennifer is a strategic and collaborative leader who loves using numbers to tell a story and make a difference. She’s passionate about building strong teams, finding smarter ways to do things, and solving problems that make life easier for others. She holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, getting outdoors, reading, and exploring new places.
