Leonora Tima

Leonora Tima is the Founder and Managing Director of GRIT – Gender Rights in Tech, a feminist nonprofit creating tech interventions to support survivors of gender-based violence in South Africa. With over 16 years’ experience working with youth and GBV survivors, and a commitment to community co-created AI, she is a recognised voice in ethical, survivor-centred tech innovation.
