Seba Salem Abudaqa (she/her/hers) is a consultant at Global Fund for Women on Crisis Response.

In her role as a consultant at Global Fund for Women, Seba continues to leverage her knowledge and skills to advance women's rights and social justice globally. Her ability to work across diverse sectors and regions demonstrates her adaptability and dedication to creating lasting change.

She comes from Gaza and is currently based in Germany, Seba brings several years of extensive experience working in grassroots NGOs, INGOs, IGOs, and the government sector. Her work has taken her to diverse regions worldwide, including the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, and Europe, giving her a deep understanding of various cultural perspectives and needs.

Seba holds a Master's degree in Human Rights and Democratization as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology, providing her with a solid academic foundation for her work. Her expertise lies in sustainable development and community empowerment, and she is deeply committed to making a positive impact. Seba has successfully collaborated with a range of stakeholders, including local communities, government entities, and non-profit organizations, to implement effective and sustainable projects.
